October 9, 2014 - Silky smooth and full of black fruit, mainly currant and cherry. Smooth tannins and a light amount of used oak add to the subtly of this wine. Medium finish makes it worthwhile.
January 1, 2014 - Very nice and well structured wine. Blackcurrant backbone and black cherry fruit. Hints of soft oak and warm vanilla notes. Silky tannins .

July 21, 2013 - silky ripe plum with a bit of currant and tobacco/bell pepper; nicely integrated oak and good balance. Worked will with the big hunks meat, but smooth enough to sip on its own.
