September 10, 2023 - Textbook Bordeaux scent, cassis, dark berry compott, root veggies, topinambour and olives. Coffee and dark chocolate in taste.

    SHIT SCALE (1-5)
    Sour: 2
    Heavy: 4
    Intense: 2
    Tannic: 2

Well balanced, just lacks a bit of intensity to go above 90! Drink now.

August 24, 2022 - Opened up over an hour. Had at bazaar restaurant in Luxembourg for team dinner. Really nice.
Started out a bit acidic and tannic but over time the fruit started to shine (or my taste buds became calibrated).

Love these value aged Bordeaux superior

February 1, 2020 - Developed nose with dried fig, raisin, plumb and underbrush notes. Medium bodied with a dry finish. Tannic. Drink now.

July 25, 2019 - No decant. Smooth and balanced with secondary flavours of underbrush, earthy roots, cedar, dark chocolate and plumb notes. Mostly merlot in profile. Lovely balance sexy and smooth. In a zone right now. Great balance but not an overly long finish. Peaking and will be great for another 2 years or so. Excellent for the vintage.

April 20, 2012 - From clay and limestone soils, this blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc is aged in 50% new oak. Floral and cherry vanilla scents. Medium bodied, tannic and slightly dry in the finish. 86-88 Pts
