October 28, 2022 - Youthful dark reddish purple. Raisin, mineral, leather, and cedar on the nose. Black cherry, sage, herbs, moderate tannins, decent acidity and pleasant finish

October 28, 2021 - Opened, then let sit for 20 mins in bottle before I pulled a half glass with dinner. That was solid, if not outstanding. Came back for a second glass after it sat in opened bottle for another hour. Yummmm .... dark cherries and deep fruit are now emerging, and the tannins are still looking for some attention. Structure is all intact. It's getting tastier, but still seems a bit young really - I'm not getting any secondary or tertiary notes at all; but maybe that'll happen on the next glass with a bit more air. If I had another bottle, I might wait another 3-4 years to open it, just to see what happens, but to my taste and from this bottle, this one is in no danger of fading away anytime soon.
