March 24, 2015 - A nice table wine, easy to drink, not terribly complex, soft tannins, short finish. I thought it a bit on the light side for a Bordeaux type, but still good. Price is in line with value, in my opinion.

January 3, 2013 - Pleasant surprise. Bought this wine at Safeway who was selling their $20 and up wines for 30% off. Beautifully blended red wine. One comment was that you can drink it without any food. Truly it is comfort in a glass. Not harsh or too jammy or too acidic, but still complex and flavorful. I am going back for more.

January 2, 2013 - Easy drinking and not harsh at all. Bit spicy with dark fruit notes that linger on the tongue after a sip. Light on the tannins with a smooth finish. I had it with jambalaya and it was a great pairing.

December 16, 2012 - Deep and full bodied, lush and explosive. Maybe a little raw.
