April 6, 2021 - Clear light lemon yellow color, clean nose of oak, peach, flints, grass. Medium body but lack of complexity.

February 18, 2019 - CNY wine dinner at Crab At Bay. Tasted blind.
Appearance is clear, medium intensity, lemon colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, pronounced intensity, with aromas of toasty oak, sweet citrus lemon, white peaches, indistinct tropical fruits. Developing.
On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium+ alcohol (13.5%), medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of white peaches, sweet citrus lemon, tropical melons, toasty wood spice, smoked nut. Long finish.
Very good quality. Good entry into drinking window now. Can still develop over the next 3+ years.
Kinda feels like a New World Chardonnay tasting it blind! Not much greenness from the Sauv Blanc here.
    67% Sauvignon Blanc, 33% Semillon.

February 8, 2019 - CNY Lo Hei at Alex's (Alex and Fiona's in AMK): Not bad. This had an idiosyncratic nose of kerosene, oyster shells and ripe yellow fruit, with shades of gooseberries, pineapples and tropical chiku aromas. I liked it more on the palate. Round and fleshy, with more tropical fruit flavours, a touch of peach, and a nice line of limey acidity and flinty mineral, all this edged with just a hint of SB cats pee. Good long finish with a kick of spice too. Impressive depth, breadth and structure I thought, but most importantly, it was very enjoyable. Nothing mindblowing, but it was a good wine - balanced, interesting, and drinking nicely too.

May 15, 2017 - Silky and with great body presence. Green citrus notes with underlying white peach and pineapple but a green veggie front. Acidity is perfect for having with asian foods.

March 25, 2017 - Cellaraid - Five Decades of Château Cos d'Estournel (Summer Pavilion, Ritz Carlton Singapore): clear, medium gold; pronounced nose, of radish, cucumber, grass. lemon zest; dry, acidic, low tannins, medium body, with peach, lemon, radish, toast, cucumber, limestone; long finish; preferred over the Goulee as it is more mellow and pleasant...
