  May 12, 2019 - Highly extracted for a Yakima Cab - only settled down a bit with time in the glass. Excellent fruit, nice tannic finish, went well with grilled beef.
  No hurry if you have one - should hold steady for a few more years.

  April 2, 2019 - The first 4 of the Vintage Five (2009's) were great. Sadly the last two died before we could enjoy them. Thankfully we have other vintages that are still doing well! Thanks Ramseyers for the great memories.

Within about 10 minutes when it made sense to fill the glass beyond the "is the corked" pour we experienced the fastest fade to a more nondescript, NW weekday drinker and was undrinkable before we were 1/2 way through all of 2 oz.
