November 13, 2017 - Drank at Clarette (Magnum)
    White flowers, wax and poise.

October 21, 2017 - 2017 New York Wine Experience Trip; 10/16/2017-10/25/2017 (New York City, NY): Tasted from an ex-château magnum, this straw colored white (100% Sauvignon Blanc) is effusive of stone fruits, lemon, white flowers, quince and chamomile. Medium-bodied, freshly acidic and with seamless alcohol, it stays solid in the middle and finishes long. This is showing beautifully now and should hold up nicely for another five years or more. Drink now-2022.

October 19, 2017 - Served from magnum, this is a more citrus and tropical rendition of this wine than most other vintages I've tasted. Light and elegant, not as much body or minerality as some other Pav Blancs from the past, but this may well be due to its youth.

April 26, 2017 - Rich in the mouth with a lot of yellow tropical fruits. Almost too saturated.
