November 22, 2020 - Excellent, smooth, well blanced wine. Everybody enjoyed it. Long finish.

June 2, 2018 - Deep dark red color. Slightly fruity but herbal on the nose. Full bodied with integrated but still noticeable tannins. Typical herbal notes from Merlot und some alcohol from the Italian sun. Now smoother because of the age, this vibrant wine has always been very pleasant (also in other vintage).

January 28, 2018 - Full bodied with deep dark color. Lots of fruit but nothing delicate about the flavors. Modest tannin level. Lots of alcohol.

June 28, 2016 - Deep garnet in color. Nose of stewed cherries with hint of tobacco. Taste of strawberries, cloves, kalamatta olives, and hint of tobacco. Very dry, but perceptible fruit. A wine for food. Probably just past prime but still pleasant.
