April 4, 2014 - Helping a friend with a north-east Italian Wine List; 4/3/2014-4/10/2014 (TBD): Odd nose. Described as smoky, I found it more like pickled cabbage. Better on the palate. Boysenberries. Nice acidity. Tart/long finish. The nose didn't work for me. Other's didn't seem bothered. Just ok.
