April 23, 2014 - A very nice Rose (made with Pinot). More body than most Roses.

August 10, 2013 - Had this at an outdoor seafood restaurant on a warm summer evening.
Bottle was cool, but warmed up with the summer temperatures.

Solid pinot noir flavors, especially for a pinot noir blanc.

More sweet than crisp with strawberry and watermelon flavors.

Decent wine, but a little light on the acid/crispness and a little too sweet to have with seafood. Would have worked better with a more flavorful, spicy dinner.

Enjoyed the wine, but would paired differently next time.

January 23, 2013 - Strawberry, raspberry, and icing sugar scents. Not as fruity as I like, more of a dry south French style but without the herbs. Plenty of Pinot character comes thru as it warms up and the oak is interesting in a rosé but the fruit is a bit subdued. We drink a lot of rosé and I like the Joie a bit better at this price point.

December 13, 2012 - At 49 degrees.. an elegant, poised rose, it displays huge pinot flavors from start to finish, an incarceration of a darker pinot as a reviewer below me states, its a great dry rose that will soon fade, drink now

August 13, 2012 - I've never had a Pinot Rosé with so much recognizable Pinot Noir character. On the nose it's more stereotypically pink with a lot of zesty strawberry and hints of melon. The palate is medium-bodied, rather unctuous, and more rich than crisp. After some moderate acidity on the front, the middle rolls in with perceptible earth and sweet spice, pale skeletons of a true Noir, but very much present all the same. The finish features lots of mouthwatering cherry, again like a darker incarnation of this grape. All in all the effect is rather remarkable and makes for a lovely, unique wine.

July 30, 2012 - Lots and lots of strawberry. I drank this very cold (44), so the temperature may have hidden more complexity. Even at that temp it was still more rich than crisp.
