September 30, 2022 - decanted for an hour, garnet in colour, hasn't faded at all, excellent balance, length, likely the best Brunello I've tasted.

August 21, 2020 - Strong nose; cherry skins, black cherry, fairly vanilla sweet wood. Very nice. Entry is lovely strong flavor profile in a line to a slightly spicy, herbal finish. Lots of energy. Quite a strong extraction but it works with a consistent weighty profile. This is very good. Finish quite long. stays with you on th edge, but never turning green or harsh.

March 6, 2020 - finally, restoring my faith in BdM after couple of big disappointments - secondary/tertiary notes not yet taking over

December 25, 2019 - Pretty good. Still big, but delicious. Lots of pepper at first and over a few hours some subtle fruit showed up but probably most enjoyable closer to pnp.

Lots of life left and could still get better

December 24, 2018 - Drinking well but has several years left. I would guess this sees its 20th.
