  October 22, 2014 - Jordan 1990 Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley
  Opened a bit thin, Developed balance and a tannic finish Over 2 1/2 hours.
  Rusty Garnet color
  Nose: peppery spice, cotton,
  Palate: nectarine, Mildly tart finish

  September 3, 2010 - Fill into neck. Perfect capsule and cork. Opened, tasted, then decanted for 90 minutes before further tasting. Aromas and flavors of shoe polish, grilled meat, iodine. No discernible fruit. Somewhat improved after 24 hours under vacuum stopper. At that point, the more noxious aromas were gone, leaving only aromatic wood and damp earth -- still no fruit.

  November 2, 2006 - This was a suburb bottle, drank it on Valentine's Day. Served with Herb encrusted rack of lamb.
