March 3, 2024 - Our penultimate bottle, popped & poured. Lovely youthful appearance. Abundant orchard fruit and floral tones. Full-bodied with flavors of orchard fruit, jasmine and mineral. Hints of coconut underneath. I hope our final bottle shows as well.

March 2, 2024 - Medium yellow gold color. Still drinking well although showing age of course. Good acid. Pretty fresh. Mineral, citrus with an underlying density. You could mistake this for an aged white burgundy or richer Chablis. Remarkable and impressive. I wouldn’t keep this longer but it is quite good now. My other bottle a few weeks ago was slightly more advanced.

December 31, 2023 - We had tasted this 2010 at the Winery in May 2023, and it still held much of its original color and taste. For new years, it had a much stronger yellow color and richer taste. Excellent for being 13 years old!

October 2, 2023 - Oxidized, too bad, held this a little too long and was looking forward to it

April 8, 2023 - Bright lemon yellow with a green tinge. Not sign of oxidation or age. Slightly reductive nose with hints of vanilla then white flowers, lemongrass, white peach, pear and apple. Palate is fresh and energetic with notes of limestone, pear, lemon, etc. Really lovely. Great texture and length. Shockingly youthful for its age. Probably at or near peak enjoyment! Second bottle in 3 weeks that was superb.
