March 22, 2023 - Taken to a restaurant for my wife's birthday since it’s one of her favorites. Despite its 12+ years it was fresh and bright. Plenty of acidity and a shimmering lemon yellow color. This is so crystalline and mineral driven. I can’t help seeing the similarity to a grand cru Chablis. There is plenty of green apple and lime/citrus and floral notes as well. Great texture and depth. Finish is long and clean. Fabulous! This is the best bottle of this I have had so far with 4 remaining.

March 14, 2023 - BYO Centropa "vin utenfor Frankrike" (Centropa, Oslo, Norway): Lys strågul. Duft av melon, lime og hvite blomster. Slank, bløt chardonnay med god fylde og middels (-) syrepreg. Noe utviklet på smak. Utvikler seg pent i munnen. Burgundersk stil, integrert og nedtonet eikepreg. Ganske rik stil, god konsentrasjon og middels lang smakskurve.

February 12, 2023 - Dégustation PARTY Super Bowl LVII avec les FOUDUVIN de l'Estrie (Chez René à Sherbrooke): Belle bouteille pour la mise en bouche.
Assez fragrant au nez. Huile à lampe aussi.
En bouche, ample et crêmeux.
On a une impression de gras aussi.
Citrons confits et amandes avec une longue finale minérale.
Style moderne et appuyé.

June 17, 2021 - Youthful straw yellow color. Orchard fruit and mineral notes with a floral honeysuckle overtone. Full-bodied yet light, with flavors of orchard fruit, mineral and citrus. This is firing on all cylinders right now.
