    October 5, 2023 - Optischer Eindruck: Klares, intensives rubinrot

    Geruch: Sauber. Verhaltene Aromen von Pflaumen, Brombeer, Heidelbeer, Tomatenblätter, Schokolade, Tabak. Erste Reifenoten.

    Geschmack: Trocken, mittel (+), prägnante Säure, Alkohol 14%, mittleres, feinstoffiges Tannin, mittlerer Körper mit mittleren Aromen im schwarzbeerigen Bereich, mittlerer Abgang.

    Schlussfolgerung: Sehr gute Qualität. Balance und Länge sehr gut. Zu jung hat noch Reifpotential. Tannine werden noch schöner werden und Aromatik spannender.

    November 29, 2021 - Nose: Cassis, black currant, licorice, hints of cherry, started off with notes of milk chocolate and a creaminess (although this dissapates later)
    Palette: Good amount of acid (can definitely be aged longer), smooth tannins, still quite fruit forward

    Benefits from a longer decant.
    Paired with an oxtail stew (tomatoes and carrots)

    February 29, 2020 - Spansk peppar, soltorkade tomater, bränd ek, jord och torkade rökta körsbär. Med lite luft är det här vinet ett kraftpaket som golvar en med kraft och smaker. Med 2h luft blir det mer typiskt för högra stranden med jord och kärvhet. Vinet domineras av karaktär, men kroppen finns också där med balans och kraft. Ett riktigt snyggt och prisvärt vin.

    Förtjänar nästan ett än högre betyg.

    December 20, 2019 - opaque ruby violet; blackberry, licorice, mint chocolate, violet, oak spice; medium body, soft fruit, nice tannic backbone; blend of 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon aged in 50% new French oak

    October 26, 2019 - Fragrant bouquet of cassis, leather, tobacco, five spices and lightly smoky oak. Quite mineral on the palate with dry blue fruits and earthy clove and cumin. A touch less intense and smooth compared to the 2016. Less ripe fruit and layering. Transition to finish is also less seamless. Powerful finish. This needs at least an hour in the decanter.

    June 5, 2019 - Au restaurant. Ouvert et bu, je l’ai trouvé très plaisant. Grenat foncé, arômes de type secondaire, sur le grille, le café et peut-être une touche de surextraction, en bouche le vin est plutôt un demi-corps, suave et frais. Longueur correcte.
    À maturité pour mon palais.
