May 20, 2014 - Fantastic paired with Irish Ocean-farmed Salmon. Bright fruit, crisp backbone. Could use a little air time before serving. I Vinturi'd half the bottle into a decanter and poured immediately. It opened up fairly quickly.

May 17, 2014 - Light crimson color turning transparent at the rim with a nose of cola and earth. The palate is slightly hollow midstream with a silky texture. Flavors of raspberry, strawberry, iron filings and smoke form the core. Finishes delicately with hints of earth and spice. Maintains a delicate balance leaning towards over-ripeness, but keeps it in check. Drink now with 30 minutes decanting until 2020.

January 20, 2013 - what a lovely pinot. tasted this at the winery and then ordered some. will be ordering more. big fruit forward, great nose and smooth drinking. opened the bottle about an hour and a half before we drank it but left in the bottle. opened fully in the glass. tasted it against twomey 2010 russian river and the anderson valley was better in everyone's view. served with pork tenderloin, sweet potato/apple mash. very enjoyable dinner with food and wine well paired.

January 19, 2013 - Beautiful bouquet. Very well rounded wine. Nice fruit to peppery ratio. A very good all around wine, great for party or intimate toast.

January 6, 2013 - My wife wanted a Pinot tonight, so I decided on this one. Cherry and some spice on the nose...very pleasant. Definitely some nice cherry and raspberry on my first taste. With the firs sip (used Vinturi) right out of the bottle, it already tasted good to me. I think it will open up even more tonight in the next hour. Very drinkable already.
