  April 13, 2023 - Made from local Catalan grapes using a column still.
  Malty, caramel, biscuits and toffee with a floral edge.
  Nice sweet brandy - though less sweet than some Brandy de Jerez - which would be lovely alongside an espresso.

  December 13, 2019 - I've had this bottle for years, I remember it hot when I tasted it upon opening. I immediately tried again through an aerator, and enjoyed it. Now every time I've had it since it is very VSOP cognac reminiscent. I would put this well above average for an aged brandy, and highly recommend to any incredulously age statement American brandy or VS cognac quaffer's. And yes I get a touch of cinnamon.

  December 7, 2018 - Jólasmakk Eðalklúbbsins 2018 (Marbakkabraut 12): Samanborið við Ximenesinn þá var þetta mjög hrjúft og stóð því langt að baki. Hér voru miklu meiri sætindi í boði. Karamella og kaffi í ilminum. Skemmtilegur ilmur. Miklu dekkra á litinn heldur en síðasta brandí. Alls ekki slæmt en það var bara búið að stilla stönginni hátt upp með fyrsta brandíinu.
