January 16, 2024 - Another "last" bottle. LoL
dark golden and in pretty good condition.
Although the fruit has gone completely, this is a nice surprise. Finely matured, this was perfect with a Bresaola sandwich. Prosciutto di Parma, Jamon serrano etc. should work nicely as well.
    Don´t drink it to cold.

December 7, 2023 - Commanderie Event: Sociando Mallet (Minikahda Club, Mpls): Light medium gold color. Drank a glass over 30 minutes. Beeswax, lanolin, sour lemon, lemon oil, with some ocean notes as well. Good.

May 28, 2023 - Even at this age, this is super lively. Honeyed, ripe lemon, maybe even petrol on the nose, that reminds me of a Riesling. Also that lanolin characteristic of Semillon.Om the late, some kind of oiliness texture wise, like Chenin Blanc. Acidity still feels remarkably fresh. Finish lasts and ends with a lot of nuttiness. I think this could go a while longer.

March 9, 2022 - Interesting wine. The nose is very expressive with plenty of lemon, some vanilla, chamomile and other herbs. It's very Bordeaux Blanc. The palate starts off with a creamy texture but the acidity takes over from mid-palate to finish. There is a nice salinity/minerality to this wine which works really well with the citrus burst. The alcohol also shows up on the finish. The acidity and alcohol are hurting the balance of this wine. Today, this works with food but considering the amount of material in there, it should continue to withstand time and hopefully integrate better.

November 26, 2021 - Big surprise, so much better than last bottle 5 years ago, very yellow mature colour, the nose a little oaky, then opening up with fruit flavours and anise, salty and mineral, so very balanced, salivating, very food to the fish, drinking now and probably up to 5 years - drink more mature white graves/pessac
