November 6, 2020 - Der beste FB von Helmut so dar!!! Brauchte 1 h Luft um sich zu finden. Anfangs noch mit einer merklichen Süße!! Nach 3 h Luft war das letzte Glas mal wieder das schönste! Tolle Harmonie aus tropischer Frucht, einer leichten grasigen Würze , einer wunderschönen „felsigen“ Mineralität und dieser unterschwelligen leichten Honigsüße (aber nicht im Sinne von Restsüsse!). Jetzt wohl auf dem Höhepunkt!? Ganz toll!!! Trinken!
