June 1, 2022 - Dirty red color. Herbs, earth, and crushed raspberry nose. Medium bodied, sharp cherries, baking spices, fine tannins, cherry cola, and a long tangy finish. Plenty of time left.

November 27, 2018 - This has remained a great wine. I think that it is close to peak.

January 1, 2015 - Decanted 3 hrs, translucent brick color, inviting nose, medium mouthfeel, long finish with gentle tannins and earthiness/spice, held up well with shredded beef and peppers, glad I waited two years before trying.

December 13, 2012 - Cameron Hughes Tasting (Colonial Beverage, Chesterland Ohio): This was interesting. $30. A nice price for a Barolo. It took some time to open in the glass. Light cherry nuances. Some tar. Not as much depth as I might have hoped for, but then I doubt many 07 Barolos are showing much right now. Hard for me to judge as this would need some time to really evaluate. Seems correct though.
