Lots of tertiary notes underlayered with red stone fruits, on the palate smooth, medium+ bodied, medium acidity and long finish. Still very good but it has now past its peak, so better to drink the last bottles within the next few years.

  October 26, 2018 - Decanted 4 hour before dinner. Gets better with each bottle. Not much left from the primary fruit, leather, mushrooms and forest floor are dominating, on the palate very elegant, even lean, still present tannin, good freshness, medium+ finish. No hurry to drink the last bottles, was perfect with red deer, 91+.

  February 11, 2017 - Was impressed when I tasted it seven years ago in the winary, three years ago it was very muted and I was not so sure anymore, but now it starts to open again and the confidence is back.
  Decanted three hours before the dinner. Pale brick-red, very classical and elegant Nebbiolo with good structure to go for many years. 91 points with potential for more.
