    Pfirsich,Honig.würzig,Zitruszesten.
    Voller Körper,gute Balance,balsamisch,gutes Spiel.frisch.
    Langanhaltender Abgang
2009 klar der bessere Vertreter, aber auch der 2011 ist jetzt schon genussvoll zu geniessen und hat noch Potential.

(Domaine Huet Vouvray Le Mont Moelleux Première Trie) Residual sugar 70 g/l, acidity 6.07 g/l, alcohol 13.2%. Beautiful purity on the nose here, very exuberant and bright. This has barely finished fermenting and that shows through in the aromas of the wine. Nevertheless there is a crisp minerality, with crunchy honey notes. Very pure on the palate, and very clean. It has a stylish composition, elegant rather than huge, this is not a hugely rich wine - a rich vintage such as 2003 would see this sort of residual sugar in a straight moelleux - but it is fresh, elegant and balanced. Extremely fine but with the necessary stuffing. Pretty aromas of pears, flowers, a touch of ripe citrus fruits, overall really fresh and bright.
