January 10, 2024 - Gold color, Citrus, amontillado sherry, fresh cucumber, almonds, salt on the nose; not too much semillon waxiness, more lemon, medium + acidity, very soft velvety texture, long salty, crunchy finish
Gets fruitier with air and shows more juicy Nashi Pear -
