June 30, 2023 - Translucent red. Brooding nose of cherries and strawberries. Bright raspberry and strawberry on the palate. Soft tannins, great balance. Long, spicy finish with notes of strawberry. Drink next 3 years.

February 5, 2022 - Classic dusty, sandalwood Brick House aroma, light-bodied mid-palate with elegant Pinot flavors, savory finish with a bit of cranberry tartness. Perfectly reflects its cool vintage, terroir, and winemaking philosophy. Just a tad fruitier than the 2010 Volnay we had alongside. I doubt it will improve, but this is drinking well now. Perfect tonight with roasted chicken and celeriac.
