  December 25, 2023 - Popped and poured. But it should have had some air at this early time. Still very tight and doesn’t give much away. Enjoyable though but give it time.

  December 21, 2022 - Very enjoyable wine without massive complexity while made in a great vintage. Smooth, very Pinot and very much in the drinking window.

  The first very good vintage from this young and very talented young man.
  
  Fresh bouquet of red flowers, a quite creamy nose of burned caramel, and still some new barrels in the nose to find, again the palate does not step down from the bouquet, you will find a quite rich wine, well balanced, pure freshness and a rare and classy elegance for this grand cru, lovely and bravo !

  March 26, 2013 - Top Burgundy Tasting at the Sotto Lounge. (Netherlands): This parcel lies in the lieu à dit of Les Cruots and the vines are in excess of eighty years of age. Complex nose of red and black cherries, raw cacao and beautiful soil tones. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, pure and sappy, with ripe tannins and a brilliant complex long finish. A beautiful example of Echézeaux.
