    February 24, 2019 - Starts very light. Needs time to open end evolve (1hr+). Color is still young as of early 2019. Sugary, Dark cherry nose. Flavor opens to smooth light cherry, red velvet. Not as rich and thick as expected. High alcohol content/flavor. Drink now to another 1-2 years.
