September 26, 2021 - Handed a glass with an ice cube, never a let down. Reading some recent reviews…ouch (nowadays all Scotch seems overpriced; or just the way inflation, time, tariffs, and demand operate). My tbuds still like The Mac after 20 years. And the ice cube is why it doesn't get my usual 92.

May 24, 2020 - Really harsh for 12 year single malt.

November 11, 2019 - The 2018 new bottle version; compared to the older version rolled out 10 years ago, much reduced sherry characters in the nose and on the palate, with a medium- long finish; overall, 87-88 points, so sad.
