Ce fut intéressant de goûter ce vin particulier.
Il n’y avait plus aucun arôme de fruit, les saveurs étaient clairement dans les registres secondaires et tertiaires, foin coupé et sous-bois.
Amertume en finale.

Beautiful color of red and garnet, great core and nice red edges.
Palate: The nose is clean and precise, with terroir rising from the glass in the form of rocky minerality, red fruits and dried tobacco. The palate is medium bodied with red currants, green pepper, crushed rocks supple tannins and high acidity.
