April 16, 2019 - OK smoky red fruit. Mildly pungent, sappy, with some creaminess. Slight bitterness, but more interesting than off-putting. OK acidity. Big bubbles. Finishes with a little red fruit. Actually dry, & the better for it (as mostly would be the case with most any/all Bubbly - #FightMe) Not exciting, but decent, & relatively cheap (87+)

August 16, 2016 - Simple but nice. By the glass at Husk.

January 11, 2015 - Similar to last note but it has become markedly leaner in the past 5 months with minimal fruit and a bone dry finish.

    August 3, 2014 - PopnPour, tasted over 2 hrs
    -translucent light-med pink/orange, moderate effervescence
-moderately aromatic with sweet strawberry, touch of vegetal
-med+ acidity gives great focus, mix of herbal savory and wild strawberry fruit with a bit of minerality, touch of sweetness, moderate length
-very good, probably as good as rose sparklers get for under $20

June 2, 2014 - Really great balance. Not too sweet and not too alcoholic.
