April 7, 2024 - This was a fan favorite at a 4-person afternoon gathering. Excellent QPR.

December 24, 2022 - Very classic. While I wouldn't mistake it for BdB champagne in flavor (it definitely tastes of Jura chard to me and that is a good thing) it's the spitting image texturally. Chiseled with refreshing acidity. Not the most complex but very tasty and great value.

August 4, 2021 - Almost sweet nose of apple and tree fruit. Dry, with elevated acidity, creamy mousse, and fresh apple and mirabelle flavors that dry up on the savory finish. Medium-bodied, with an impression of ripeness, but just 12°.

December 16, 2020 - Entirely hand-harvested Chardonnay. Whole clusters are gently pressed. Following natural alcoholic and malolactic fermentation the second fermentation is done in bottle; méthode champenoise. Aged 24 months on handriddled slats.
Aromas show a mixture white flowers and buckwheat with lemon and lime zest, apple, salted almond, bread loaf, farm butter and hints of chalk and mineral.
The mousse shows a persistent and fine bubble structure that is accompanied by a creamy mouthfeel and juicy acidity. Flavors reveal notes of buttered brioche and almond that lace notes of apple, lemon, mineral and delicate floral tones. The above moderate finish lingers.

March 15, 2020 - Red and green apple, lemon, yeast, pineapple, herbs, chalk, and earth on the nose. Lemon, apple, stone fruit, a little yeast, nuts, saline, chalk, and herbs on the palate. Moderately tart acidity, good finish. This is the way I like chardonnay. I need to buy more.

October 12, 2019 - Medium plus acid, red apple and pear on the nose and palate. Good value.

Day 2: so much apple it might as well be cider. Still tasty though.

September 30, 2019 - Broader, toasty nose with a hint of lightly oxidative white fruits, light yeast on nose with a hint of... mint? Medium body, lower acidity. Light chardonnay fruit, with some oxidative notes. The overall impression was easy and soft.

May 12, 2019 - Golden color deeper than a usual NV sparkler. Nose is precise red apple, followed by some pear, touch of apricot, and nut character. Not a lot of autolytic character, it’s more oxidative. Linear, broad, far less piercing acidity than Champagne. Medium plus body and intensity. Dry finish, long and still with the same persistent character. Interesting wine, very much a Jura wine and not trying to be anything else.
