  December 6, 2022 - From 75cl, acceptable cork, opened 1 hour. Residually sweet Riesling, mercifully without most of the more „natural wine“ characteristics of the 2008. Still no idea why this insipid concoction is labeled „superior“. Oh yes, there’s struck match, tropical fruit, and slatey „minerality“ - this is still Abtsberg, despite its hipster allures. 88P

  September 24, 2021 - Color: light yellow. Nose: rather faint but classy, with bread and a very light note of oak. Taste: looking back from the sixth day to the first: rather closed, and off-dry. At the sixth day it showed its class: (sweet apple rather complex, rather well balanced. At the seventh it was less good. First day 88, sixth 90-91.

  March 20, 2014 - Perfect pairing with the spice Asian/Malaysian at Qui. Apple, pear and citrus with zinging acidity. Bright and vibrant, with a very long finish. Outstanding.
