We found this quite enjoyable. Kept it cold and enjoyed the whole bottle while sitting outside on a warm Seattle evening. Tropical fruit has stayed fresh... its been a long time, but I think it is riper, perhaps carmelising ever so slightly. But enough acidity to carry it through its 8th birthday. Amazing and we were very appreciative
