January 24, 2023 - Tell me about bottle variation! This one was much better, still prominent oak, but integrated. Better the second night.
October 22, 2022 - Acid plus and over-oaked. Not very pleasant.
September 30, 2022 - Decanted for 1,5 hours. Cork was in good shape. Subtle aromas of sous bois, dark fruit and a whiff of mocha on the nose. Medium to full bodied, supple and smooth, delivering rather vibrant tart red and dark fruit with a slightly mellow aspect and discreet sous bois notes. Smooth, gentle tannins and firm acidity. This is surprisingly youthful still and showing great balance. Outstanding stuff.
June 5, 2022 - Very good Bordeaux blend with graphite, cedar, and tobacco/humidor character that is admirably balanced by a core of dark cassis fruit. A tad underwhelming compared to previous encounters but still eminently enjoyable. However, its best days appear to be behind it; time to go ahead and drink up to make room for something with more legs.
February 14, 2022 - Really good blend. So glad we have another bottle in the cellar.
May 18, 2021 - Same experience as my Feb. bottle. Very nice and great QPR for the $26 price.
February 2, 2021 - Very enjoyable wine. In the style of a slightly modern bdx. Dark and red fruits with some notes of earth/clay. Medium acid. Medium-to-full body. Nice balance. Drinking well.

March 21, 2020 - Feels very much like Right band Bdx, quite elegant and soft, with good complecity of dark berries, Earth, leather.
