April 16, 2023 - May 2022 Disgorgement. Light and small to medium sized bubbles. Very light nose - citrus oil, minerals, a bit of rubber band. After a bit, I get a fresh wet grass note on the nose. Light bodied, tart, and easy drinking. Palate of lemons, limes, underripe nectarines/peaches, seashells, and a bit of yeast. Medium-short finish starts off with tart nectarine skin and peach pit and then shifts to a spiced lime, seashell, and saline leaving the palate refreshed.
For $15, this is a pretty good value. -

December 30, 2022 - Nothing really wrong with the wine but not very exciting either. Fine for brunch or similar occasions. Not as good as the Mercat Brut.
