  May 8, 2012 - Pale lemon-straw, persistent effervescence fairly rapidly enamating mm-size bubbles. Medium(-) developed aromas of bakery, citrus, not well pronounced. Dry, medium (+) acidity, medium(-) body and medium alcohol, medium flavours of lemon, lime, pineapple, bread, distant smoky notes. Fine lifting frothy mousse, medium(+) length and great finish with a spicy bite. Good balance between acidity and flavours, A good entry level champagne.

  March 9, 2012 - The colour is relatively deep. 75% PN.
  Nose: Clean, medium+ intensity with aromas of lime, grape and peaches. Also minerals.
  Palate: Dry, but the fruit is rich. Bubbles are relatively large (and many) which makes it a bit aggressive. Flavours of lime, grape and peaches. Minerals/stone. The taste is med+ intense, but also suprisingly short.
