April 13, 2013 - Tissot Jura Tasting: Caramel, nutty and rancio characters. Less overtly oxidative on the palate, but it is still in that general style. The palate has great texture and a spicy nutty element that lends itself well to the flavour profile.

June 27, 2012 - Jura whites: Golden colour. Nutty, sherry-like aroma. Herbs, brown sugar, very pure. Intense on the palate. Spicy, high acidity, great lenght. Fascinating!
