June 7, 2009 - There was an odd frizzante thing going on here. Unresolved CO2? Copper penny on the nose. Tingles the front of the tongue. Medium bodied. Very clean fruit. GREAT acidity. Green apple and pear skin. Very solid and balanced across the palate. Nice minerality. Good length on a very satisfying finish. Day 3 - added an interesting leafy vegetal element while retaining the great acidity.
