January 1, 2024 - Champagne to welcome 2024 along with the fantastic combination of fried chicken. Aromas of brioche, honey which took a while to come out along with lemon and white flowers. The flavours were the same with a short finish.

September 16, 2023 - Light gold with a few streams of medium to small bubbles. Faint nose of green apples and nuts. Medium bodied with bright acidity. Palate is very simple - green apples, pears, a bit of yeast, and a hint of spice. Quick finish that ends with green apple skin, saline, and a bit of limestone. As it warms, brioche developed on the finish.
Honestly, if I was served this blind, I would have assumed this was a entry level California bubbly. This is not awful, but doesn't justify the expense $25. Really feels like the wine Trader Joe's would have on sale for a low price.
Going to toss a stopper on it and see how it develops overnight.

June 24, 2023 - Fruit forward house champagne that is a touch red fruit and nutty driven. Easy to drink but lacks the complexity of a more sophisticated champagne. Palate carries the fruit of the nose (red apple, melon, and some nuttiness) but also a phenolic bitterness. Acidity medium and lacks the lift. Not a wine that you can stick with over the course of the night. A starter perhaps, or in today’s case an airport lounge aperitif…
