January 21, 2020 - Wieder ganz toll. Dunkelfruchtig nach Zwetschken in der Nase und am Gaumen, schöne Süsse nach Malz/Honig, etwas rauchig. Ein wunderbarer Mittwochenbordeaux.

December 22, 2018 - Sehr dunkelfruchtige Nase, Merlot-lästig mit feiner Würze. Am Gaumen zuerst bombig aber dann doch irgendwie dünn. Aromen auch eher im dunkelbeerigen Bereich, Holunder, Zwetschken, im Finale schöne Würze.

April 1, 2018 - Ever so slight clearing on the edges, dark ruby. Nose of ripe dark plum, menthol, eucalyptus, coffee bean, charcuterie, glacé cherry, spice (anise, black cardamom) graphite and blood. Palate similar with ripe juicy plum, licorice, spice and a smokey finish. Length is medium with slight tannic presence.
This was decanted for about five hours, I think three hours would be enough. No hurry. -

November 19, 2017 - Nunja, weiterhin etwas langweilig nach dem Öffnen... glatt, vollmundig, eigentlich schöne Fruchtsüsse, präsente Säure und feigliedriges Tanningerüst... trotzdem fad! 90
6 Stubden später wird das Ding dann doch sehr interessant. Dunkler, rauchiger, Teer, Gewürze, wirklich schön! Wird keine neue Lafite-Konkurrenz aber ein toller Bordeaux zum Diskontpreis.
