May 26, 2018 - Clean and crisp wine of good acidity and freshness. Drinking excellent now. Nice seafood wine.
December 26, 2016 - Simple and showing some maturity in the color. Ok wine but nothing too special.
December 18, 2016 - Idem à la dernière bue l'hiver dernier.
March 20, 2016 - Dry, complex and intense-tasting with flavors of lemon drop, quince, mineral, beeswax and hints of basil on the finish.
Nice fresh acidity still but needs to be drank sooner rather then later.
11.5% alc. Medium length finish.

June 14, 2014 - Nearly two years since the last bottle, and it's still hanging on, though it's definitely at the end of its run. Acids still fresh, fruit has faded, become softer, less vigorous; saline and chalk dominate the core of pear, apple and mineral driven fruit at this point. Good, but prolly better as a cooking wine. Drink up; solid producer.
