December 9, 2006 - Light strawberry color with clear edges. Very mild aroma containing melons, strawberries, and pineapple. Minerals appear in the initial taste with alcohol and a slight bitterness coming through in the evolution and moderate finish. Overall, not as appealing or complex a rose as I had anticipated.

August 28, 2006 - Beautiful wine. Not sweet like others of its category. This is the standard by which others dhould be judged.

July 31, 2006 - Classic Tavel Rose -- a little fruit, a lot of alcohol, moederately dry. Lots of fun

May 7, 2006 - A rose blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Clairette. Translucent rose color in the glass with a nose of minerals and crushed strawberry. On the palate fresh and straight forward strawberry and cherry notes. Just the right amount of zip and fruit with a goat cheese and spinach salad on a warm sunny day.
