September 24, 2019 - Yummy aged Kabinett with lots of nuances and flavors that age brings. A barely perceptible hint of petrol with muted dried herbs. Perfect as an aperitif or with spicy food.

March 29, 2014 - Excellent excellent value. Everyone should have a bottle of this waiting in the fridge. Perfect for Chinese take out, anything spicy or has umami. Very minerally with a bit of sweetness. Great acid and the effervescence really cleans up the palate between bites.
