Community Tasting Notes 2

May 30, 2020 - Relatively new to dessert wine. This was quite interesting. I like it more than Sauternes, or at least the few that I have had. Nutty, complex, not overly sweet, but satisfyingly sweet, if that makes sense. Drank it at cellar temperature, based on some rudimentary research. It will have been refrigerated for tomorrow night’s taste.

May 1, 2013 - A touch of a harder edge vin santo. But great drive across the palate. Sweet, yet nutty and dry.
