February 11, 2015 - Agree completely with previous notes. Maysara's jamsheed PN killed this one.

February 8, 2015 - Warm and rich for an Oregon Pinot (not for anything else!). Cranberry/raspberry fruit somewhere in there.

August 26, 2013 - Drank over two evenings. This wine has improved since I last tried it. Initially has a slight barnyard fragrance with nice red fruits showing also. A bit thin on the palette but typical for the 2010 vintage of an OR Pinot. I got this for $17 at Costco and that is a fair price (over-priced at $25 retail IMHO).

August 13, 2013 - Light in color. Cherry nose with hints of cranberry. On palate light body with fair acidity and hints of barnyard and relatively short finish.

  • KravChick Does not like this wine:

August 7, 2013 - This wine was a bit of a let down considering I just took a spin through Oregon Pinot country. Note that I love funky Pinots. This was not that... it was expected and well, fell flat for me.

June 1, 2013 - Light in color and body, this is a Pinot which is likely from over-cropped vines. The nose shows pleasant red cherry, cola and cranberry aromas, but the palate follows with a light-bodied, lightly tannic product which has well-integrated alcohol (listed as 13.2%) but does not deliver on the fruit. The middle is thin and the finish terse (if not fleeting). Although not flawed, this is a wine which is simply not impressive in any way. Drink now-2014.

February 25, 2013 - Tasted over several days - consistent throughout. As others have noted, this is fairly light-bodied but flavorful. Fruit is a little on the candied side, but there's plenty of acidity as well. I enjoyed this bottle to a certain extent, but it wasn't good enough for me to go out and buy another bottle.

November 13, 2012 - This wine feels more French than American. Light in both appearance and taste, but enough body to keep it interesting.

August 21, 2012 - Popped and poured. Drank over 2 evenings. Light and simple initially and remained that way even on the 2nd evening. Improved slightly on the 2nd evening. Overall, just average and somewhat boring. Too bad, I used to really enjoy this wine a few vintages ago.
