August 12, 2013 - Decanted and drank over a 5 hr period, improved for the first 4 hours. Upon opening, the smell was of grape juice! Slowly, the aromas developed with sweet Grenache, kirsch notes. On the palate, after 4 hours it was smooth, nice tannins, medium finish. Solid 90 points.

March 15, 2013 - 100% Grenache. History of vineyards dates back to 12th century! I only get one note on the fruit, so not very complex, but it is a tasty sweet/pepper kinda dark Grenache flavor. Acidity is a plus. Pretty light in body for a Priorat, dusty tannins, soil is from black schist.
