November 19, 2021 - Drinking very well now.

November 22, 2019 - Ripe red & black fruit on the nose. Not overly complex, but for the price, hard to criticize this wine.

January 31, 2019 - Very interesting nose here; ripe fruit, yet focused as well - complex.

A light weight for a BdM on the palate - while I like the nose here, at first blush this wine isn't as satisfying as the 2005 I just tried. Savory fruit notes starting to emerge, though, so this may yet win me over.

November 5, 2018 - PnP. Initially closed aromas. With swirling some bright, sour cherry appears followed by menthol or eucalyptus, leather, tobacco, a touch of iron, a bit of wet earth. On the palate bright, red fruit, bright acid, a gentle grip of tannin, ending in a neutral to slightly mouth-watering finish. The body is initially on the light side, probably needing a little time to fill in. Color is deep red fading through ruby red to a wet pink-orange at the edge. Wine filling in nicely over next 40 minutes to a medium- body with the red fruit taking on richer notes. Quite good with grilled steak with chimichurri sauce, mushroom risotto and sautéed collard greens.
