February 19, 2020 - Vega Sicilia Unico Vertical 1953-1994 (Hosted by Cedric at Eleven Madison Park): Next to the 1970 in this flight, this had a very different profile. Much more elegant, acidic and red-fruit driven than the darker 1970. Beautiful wine with great complexity.

September 7, 2019 - It's amazing. Gotta love Unico with real age. It's stunning. All spice cabinets and a bit of almost port-like side to it and then yet a bit balanced. It's got some intensity in those port flavors. Amazing how young it still is.
