  May 16, 2020 - I think this is my favourite of the Gros/Tollot offerings that I've had the pleasure to taste. The marriage of Burgundian principles with minervois fruit and ripeness just seems to work so much more here. There is weight, yes, but the inherent balance and elegance is still very much there. Marvellous.

  April 15, 2018 - This blend of Carignan & other GSM grapes is dark, rich in flavor and firm in structure. It opened up nicely after several minutes in the glass, with aromas of plum, fig, and blackberry. Dark fruits and an earthy quality dominated the flavor. Overall, very enjoyable.

  December 14, 2016 - N'a pu etre décanté au resto.
  Couleur rubis dense, légèrement voilé.
  Nez ouvert de fruit bien mur. Mûre, cassis. Peu de notes tertiaires.
  En bouche, impression de jeunesse ert de fraicheur, abattant mes préjugés sur le potentiel de garde des vins de cette appelation.
  Fruit frais croquant, groseille, mûre, de la sapidité, aucun excès de chaleur ou de sucrosité. Une persistande moyenne à longue toujours sur le fruit et un peu de viande séché sucré-salé.
  Délicieux.

  November 22, 2015 - Un bon Minervois, fondu, parfaitement équilibré, qui offre de jolies nuances de fruits noirs et d'épices et qui s'étire assez longuement en bouche. Très bon.
