December 9, 2019 - Very typical Rutherford wine. All components have merged perfectly. Wine was bright, held up over about a 3 hour consumption.

May 18, 2019 - This is the quintessential steak night wine. Blackberry, currant and black cherry fruit notes. Nice levels of pepper. In balance and in a prime drinking spot. There's nothing extra special to really feel good about the price, but it is good wine and not as overdone as another Nickel and Nickel I remember.
