December 25, 2023 - Fully mature but surprisingly not over the hill. Very nice indeed and the last bottle should be OK for another couple of years

April 22, 2023 - Tasty dark cherry and raisin on the nose and palate with cedar and floral notes on the moderate long finish.

November 12, 2022 - (Decanted for one hour)
Red colour with a brick red hue and a maturing nose showing warm and jammy morello cherries and some dark chocolate in a very pleasant way. Dried plums and sweeteness with a warm and intense finish showing jammy fruit and still tannins left to back up the fruit. Drinking very well showing so much energy and intensity on the lengthy finish.

June 4, 2022 - Fully mature with red-brown color. On opening, this had an oxidized, sherry-like aroma and taste along with the expected raisiny notes, and was fairly austere. Most of it was vacuum-sealed and set aside for a day, after which it seemed rounder and more open. Still well over the hill, but drinkable and interesting.

July 30, 2021 - (Decanted for one hour)
Deep red colour with a brick red hue. Maturing nose showing violets, leather and some fresh herbs in a pleasant way. Smoothing tannins and with a warm red alcohol notes on the palate. Opens up with a nice and well integrated sweetness on the finish. Matched the grilled fillet of lamb with almond potato gratin tonight!
