January 11, 2022 - Still tight. Wait two more years at least

August 18, 2018 - Drank this over a few days. Opened an hour prior to consuming. It needed it. On the nose, hints of tobacco, licorice and earth. To the taste, dark cherries and other dark fruits. A Delicious Brunello that kept getting better.

May 27, 2018 - After two hour decant it’s succulent.

March 8, 2015 - Lovely color. Subdued perfume on the nose with some tar, oak and a touch of rose petal. Nice acidity and good structure. Some licorice and dark fruit at the outset with some blueberry compote on the midpalate transitioning to a creaminess and oak with soft tannins. Nice finish, moderately long. A well thought out brunello that would pair very nicely with wild boar and steak, especially a fatty steak like ribeye.

October 9, 2014 - Soft with light fruit on finish was lighter than some brunellos we have had and with this bottle we drank a 2007 Casanova Di neri and polo was definately lighter and maybe not as bold as Di Neris. Enjoyed at LaGrolla with Scott and Sarah
